Our Stained Glass Artisans

Our artists and craftsmen train for up to 10 years to become certified in the art of “Scottish Stained Glass.” Very few modern stained glass artists become certified, but those who have mastered the process and are capable of producing breathtakingly beautiful stained, etched, textured and leaded glass panels, proudly bear their certification. The dedication and attention to detail required from our artisans goes far beyond what is normally required to produce ordinary stained glass. The difference is the accuracy of the cutting and soldering along with meticulous attention to detail in both design and manufacturing. Stained glass artists can often spend weeks working on a single piece of stained, etched, leaded or beveled glass, and the results – the likes of which will rarely be seen elsewhere – will literally last for a many lifetimes.
