As the capital city of Wisconsin, Madison has thousands of homes that lend themselves beautifully to the addition of stained glass windows. While stained glass may conjure up images of ornate church windows, it’s actually a popular addition to homes throughout the country today for both beauty and functionality.

Madison Stained Glass Process

Our process begins with a consultation with one of our talented designers to go over style options, glass choices, and price points. Working with an experienced designer allows you to narrow down the vast selection to the styles that fit your specific needs best, and to tweak designs to create pieces that you’ll love for years to come.

In terms of design, your options are nearly limitless. With hundreds of glass colors and textures to choose from, and endless possibilities for leaded designs, you can be sure to find the best look for your home with our process. We can work off of more modern styles like Prairie Style, Mission, or Art Deco, or something on the traditional side light beveled glass, Art Nouveau, or Celtic knots. Whether you like contemporary, traditional, or something in between, we can find the perfect design for you!

Because all of our windows are custom, you’ll never have to settle for something less than perfect for your home. We can add our windows to any space that you have, regardless of the size or shape that you need. Some of the most common applications include sidelights, transoms, doors, bathrooms, cabinets, and basements.

Madison stained glass isn’t just about beauty, it’s functional as well. We often find that clients are interested in leaded glass for privacy in their home. For example, if you have a bathroom window or a sidelight that allows people to see straight into your home, curtains and blinds may not be the most practical option. We can use a combination of textured glass and a leaded design to offer privacy without blocking natural light.
