Stained Glass Crew Lead

We also offer a relocation bonus of $5,000 to support the right candidate in their transition.
We’re looking for a skilled professional with experience in window installation, glazing, carpentry, or finish carpentry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for hands-on work. If you’re someone who loves inspiring others, enjoys a challenge, and has a knack for problem-solving, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Install and remove a variety of window/ glass types, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, steel, custom stained glass windows, and storm windows in both newer buildings and old historic buildings.
- Direct workflow on the job site.
- Be the point of contact for our team on site
- Ensures all crew members follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Willing to help with fabrication in shop and residential installations in between projects.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel/ work out of state 8-12 days per month.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and handle heavy glass pieces that weigh 25-100lbs.
- Proven experience in window installation, glazing, and restoration/wood repair.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively in a high pressure environment.
- Ability to work at high heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
