Description
The Leaded 1 Workshop is our most advanced class, taking your stained glass skills to the next level. Unlike the copper foil technique, leaded glass uses lead came to join pieces together a more traditional and technically demanding method used in historic churches, architectural installations, and fine art glass work.
This workshop is designed for students who have already completed our Foil 1 and Foil 2 Workshops or have equivalent stained glass experience.
What you’ll learn:
- Traditional lead came cutting and shaping
- Glass cutting for leaded patterns
- Lead assembly and construction techniques
- Soldering lead joints
- Cementing and finishing your leaded panel
What you’ll create: A complete leaded stained glass panel to take home the same day.
